Now Scheduling Appointments in Rehoboth BeachOpening Late November or Early December 2026
Request an AppointmentSmile Studio of Rehoboth opens in late November or early December 2026. This is the dentist who will be looking after you.
Dr. Jonathon Cottone grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and has held deep connections to Sussex County since childhood, visiting regularly to spend time with family. Practicing in Rehoboth Beach is a return to a place he has known his whole life, rather than a posting he arrived at by chance.
He earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Delaware, graduating Cum Laude with a double major in Plant Science and Animal Science. His academic work was recognized with honors including Plant Science Student of the Year, and he took on advanced research at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute.
Dr. Cottone pursued his dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top quarter of his class and received multiple awards for excellence in general dentistry and oral pathology.
He joined Freedom Dental Health at its Peninsula Dental office in Millsboro before taking up his role here in Rehoboth Beach.
Hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff are being hired now. They will be introduced here by name before we open, with the same detail. We are not going to fill this space with stock photographs of models in lab coats, or with biographies for people who have not been hired.
We are scheduling now for appointments after we open. Call the office, or send a request and our team will call you back to confirm a time.
