Planning to Become a Patient

Smile Studio of Rehoboth is not open yet, so we cannot register patients or schedule appointments. This is what we can tell you now, and how to be first in line when scheduling opens.

Scheduling is not open.

The office is under construction, with an anticipated opening in late November or early December 2026. Nothing on this website books an appointment. Joining the opening list is the fastest route to a first visit, because subscribers receive scheduling information before appointments are offered publicly.

Getting started

How Becoming a Patient Will Work

  1. Join the opening list

This is the only step available today. It takes about a minute and puts you ahead of public scheduling.

  2. Receive early scheduling information

Before appointments open publicly, subscribers get the confirmed opening date and instructions for booking.

  3. Book your first visit

Once scheduling is live, you will be able to book a comprehensive new patient examination.

  4. Complete your intake forms

Sent ahead of the appointment so the visit is spent with your provider rather than with a clipboard.

  5. Come in

A conversation, a full examination, and a written plan in order of priority.

Questions

New Patient Questions

How do I become a patient?

The practice is not yet open, so we are not able to register patients. Joining the opening list is the fastest route to a first appointment: subscribers receive early scheduling information before appointments are opened to the public.

What should I bring to a first visit?

Once we open, plan to bring a photo ID, your dental insurance information if you have coverage, a list of any medications you take, and the name of your physician. If you have had X-rays taken elsewhere in the last year, we can often request them so they do not need to be repeated.

How long is a first appointment?

A comprehensive new patient examination typically takes longer than a routine visit, because it includes a full assessment and a conversation about your history and goals. We will confirm appointment lengths before opening.

What if I am anxious about dental visits?

Tell us before your visit, not during it. Dental anxiety is common and it is far easier to plan around when we know in advance. We can start with a conversation only, no treatment, if that is what makes the first visit possible.

Do you see children and families?

The practice is being developed to care for families. Confirmed age ranges and pediatric services will be announced before opening.

What will treatment cost?

We will give you written costs before treatment is scheduled. Fees have not been published because the practice is not open, and we will not quote a price we cannot honor.

Do you offer payment plans?

Financing options have not been confirmed. We will publish the available options, including any third-party financing, before opening.

Are you accepting new patients?

Not yet. The office is under construction. Joining the opening list is how you will be notified the moment scheduling opens.
